Video to Sound Lag

Hi
I've got a problem with DMC3: Special Edition. The game runs very well, but when a cutscene turns on, the sound is not synched with the video (example: Vergil opening his mouth and after a few seconds you can hear his voice). Please help me somebody.

If you have the PlayStation 2 version, your disc could be scratched or something.

If you have the PC Version, you can try to update It and reinstall It.

It's a polish version of DMC 3: SE (PC). I can't find any patches for the polish version. Any help?

P.S.
I reinstalled the game several times and the DVD is brand new, without scratches.

I doubt that the game copy is less quality. I wanted someone to tell me what should I do to fix this.

whered you get it? couldnt you take it back and get a copy of the same game? ive taken back games for more retarded reasons
