You mean one company.Since 2009 Eidos is part of Square Enix.Now it's just a studio.

But anyway,the game looks fine though I have my doubts...

and the name is Deus Ex...probably inspired by the phrase Deus Ex Machina that the romans translated from the greek theatre.
