Trampolines or Treadmills

Trampolines 'cuz my brain can't handle a treadmill - it doesn't understand how I'm walking, but going nowhere and I get really dizzy! treadmills are evil!

Treadmills, trampolines don't really offer much in terms of exercise.
And I've had a few bad experiences on them.

let me think about this a little. Trampolines are fun. Treadmills make you walk without going anywhere. i don't like walking even when it gets me somewhere. but i do like fun. so guess what my answer is.

I don't use it for exercise though, don't need to.
