1. MGS 3. Just best game there is.
2. Yakuza 3,4. I like it's story, cuz it's so simple, yet deep and original. I would say it kinda has a soul.
3. Ninja Gaiden 2. Best slasher there is, challenge is so high, you have billion of combos and different weapons really differ your play style, platformer parts are nice too.
4. Dmc 3. My second favorite game, it showed me how badass characters and enemies can be, same goes with cinematics and soundtrack.

And no, in no particular order, deal with it. However Assassins Creed and Elder Scrolls stands on the top with Final Fantasy right behind of them as of now. Skyrim and AC Revelation. <3
