I'm pretty sure that when most people heard of a LEGO movie being made they thought how and why? Like, it doesn't sound like it would be a real thing. It is and It's FANTASTIC!
For one, the animation is great and really gives off this cool look of stop motion animation and you can easily get immersed in this LEGO world. The cast is also great providing really great voice performances and seriously, the LEGO Batman in this movie is one of the best Batman's ever.
With really funny pokes of satire at consumerism and a wit this movie is entertaining and has some great comedy. I also don't want to spoil but the build up in the 3rd act will make you love this movie even more with a rather ingenious element that will also hit you right there <3 A beat we can all dance too.
To wrap it up The LEGO Movie is better than any movie like this has any right to be and it's not only a good movie but a great one. It's already one of the best movies of the year and you should totally go see it. Like, right now.
