One of DmC's major strengths was it's level design.
The urban streets of Limbo City twisting and breaking down into magnificently crafted arenas and platforms, it was to say at the very least, incredible.
Now, since these kind of planes only appear in Limbo, and Limbo has merged with our world, environments like these cannot be shaped any more, which is a damn shame.
But it's not necessarily a bad thing.
We all loved Devil May Cr for it's Gothic atmosphere and Castlevania-esque landscapes. With Limbo now officially out of the equation, maybe DmC2 can be a return to form.
I'd love to see what new things Ninja Theory can do in this department. I'd love something similar to the first game's scenery, that was located in Mundus's castle.
So what would you guys like to see in this regard in terms of level design?
