Not going to make fun at all. People like what they like. ^_^ Yeah, I think it would fit what she feels if she could confront him about it properly.

For me, it's Lies of the beautiful people by Sixx Am. And my takes on how the lyrics could relate to DmC. Feel free to offer an alternative interpretation. No one is right or wrong when it comes to interpretation. ^_^

I took that to mean the sideshow of Limbo. It's so weird and frealy, but it's real. Then the 'poison we take' is Virility from Poison the succubus.

From that I got the image of Lilith's club, the idea that only beautiful and rich people are allowed inside; the aura of exclusivity it has, while people who know the truth can't go in and they are shamed as freaks by the public thanks to demon brainwashing.

Again, the image of beauty that demons perpetuate in the media. Lilith's a prime example, looking like plastic surgery and really freakish under that wig and makeup and fake skin.

The demons are the 'beautiful people'. They've set themselves up as something humans want to be like and aspire to. But people need to wake up and realise the demons are selling lies and get out quick.

Like the regular people doped up by Virility and the Raptor news....maybe Dante? Especially with the 'life can be cruel and insane' line.

The imprint demons leave in human bodies from their poisoned drinks and the scars in the mind from the lies on the news. Agaian, telling the regular people to wake up and get out before it's too late.
