I heard that was made by in house Capcom Japan, so I don't think it's ever going to see a full release.I thought it was so cool too.
As Loopy said all of the music in their trailers, at least for DmC, was made by the In House Capcom Studio. I really liked the music in the 2010 TGS trailer for DmC so I hope they end up releasing all of this though it is a long shot and a hope.

That song was done by DMC's original music composer, so it was done in-house. I want to say that PlayStation All-Stars took this as its cue for Dante's music in the game as well.
