I've been looking for that too, still have not found it. I think it might be during the boss fight that you have to find it, because I've searched forever in the area before the boss battle

As a hint for when the game is out, whenever you are close to a lost soul you can hear like a ghost whispering. It's like Nero's arm in DMC4 when it glows. Except you gotta keep your ears open instead XD.

I had to go through Under Watch a few times because I missed some of the Lost Souls. But I've 100%ed the demo now.

I only noticed that on the last one that I missed on the Under watch mission.
Personally, it doesn't help me though.
