Image comics are the 3rd largest comics publisher (i think) in the USA and they have a large imprint of creator owned series. At SDCC 2015, there was this huge announcement of new creator owned comics to be published by Image so I grabbed a list (granted Invincible is alreadybeing published but whatevs)

*sigh*

Which really brings me to a depressing point... ****ing Aspen MLT. Ever since they parted ways with Image and Top Cow, they've been released individual comics steadily...but doing absolutely naught with their trade paperbacks and hardcovers. Every year, for the last SIX years, it's been nothing but "You'll see an announcement soon!" about a Fathom Vol. 4 collection, or reprints of older volumes. I mean...did anyone even see how much Fathom Vol. 2 costs!?

And the hardcover edition now literally goes for four-digit numbers. It makes me never ever even want to touch mine, in fear of fingerprints destroying it or something... O_O

I honestly don't mind, to be honest. In fact, this may not even be like the Thor debacle at all.

Besides, Nestle Snipes is currently in talks about a reboot. Don't worry.

You take that back. I loved the first Blade.

As for Superman, I'll watch it regardless how it turns out.

I'm not saying it has to effect your opinion. Just don't go saying that it's flat out "bad" either.

It's objectively average at least.

The Deadpool trailer's hilarious.

Looks okay, a bit comes off as trying to hard to be funny though.
I'm not planning on watching the movie. But at least they pulled off his storyline ok.

So it's a DEADPOOL origins reboot from the Wolverine movie ?
Yeah... completely different setting. Wolverine Origins never happened.

No, Reynolds probably shouldn't be in that role. I agree.

We're stuck with what we have unless we have a movie studio powered by Patreon.
