Reskin: Blue coat, black weapon

It gives you Vergil's blue coat & black weapon, though I don't pretend to be canon, but I tried my best. I've put a lot of effort & time to do this, so be thankful. Thanks.

- Recolored inner parts and edited subtextures of coat
- British flag replaced with Combichrist logo
- Added tracery on gloves
- Added tribal scorpion tatoo on right arm and "hell of a night call us" on left arm
- Outfit and weapons are separated now
