Yes it has alot to do with DmC and I'd also like to add that it gets updated randomly. I've just got done listening to the latest voicemails and they had me snickering.

There's a caller that says he spotted Dante and what he says after that is a nod to Rebellion.

Thought I should share this with those who don't know.
