PSN Pre-Order question

I pre-ordered DmC two days ago on PSN. The message told me that I was also to receive a costume pack free for the game. I downloaded the game today (1/15/13) before the store updated. However, I could not find the costume pack. Where is it? Was I supposed to download the game after the store update?

Yes. It's really cryptic.
When you pre-order the game on PSN, the midnight it releases you can download the game, but the free DLC is only downloadable when the store updates.
I didn't get to look at the suits yet though.
For future reference, where is the suit menu? You have to complete the game/get the costume DLC to unlock the menu?
