I don't think you can download the whole game unless Capcom has made it available for purchase on their site or somewhere.
If you're asking for what I think you might be, you need to read the rules and regulations of the forum. No illegal downloads or sharing is allowed.

IF anyone had downloaded the game from any illegal source they are not allowed to speak about it here. This forum is fully legal and support legal activities, downloading the game without payment is illegal.

If you mean the legal way, I have no clue. Never seen any.

If you want a virtual download you can purchess it from the GAME website for £14.95

or you can get it on Steam(just go to their website and register) for £13.99(not sure how much that would be in dollars etc...)

but they occasionally do deals so you may be able to get it for a bit cheaper around the release of Capcom products
