PlayStation Vita TV Launching in the West this Fall; Renamed “PlayStation TV”

During Sony Computer Entertainment’s Press Conference at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles the publisher announced that the PlayStation Vita TV, now renamed “PlayStation TV” will launch in the west (North America and Europe) this Fall.

The console by itself will be priced $99, while the console bundled with a DualShock 3 and a voucher for LEGO Movie Videogame priced at $139.

To this I can only say “about time Sony.” Now take my money.

I still don't understand why they don't transfer over to the DS4. PSTV is a screen-less Vita, the DS4 has a touch pad that will work better than the DS3.

I would've been excited only for the fact that being in Europe it's probably going to take a goddamn while to come here...and I've since bought a Vita in the mean time.
