PC version - "disable" tips?

Obviously, there is no option for disabling tips during loading screens (unfortunately), but I was wondering if it was possible to locate a file on the PC version that, if removed, would prevent tip messages from appearing. Does anyone know anything about this?

Just look away when there's a loading screen? I don't think you can turn off loading screen tips.

Loading screens don't even last on my PC so it's not like I'd be doing something while it loads.

And I figured you can't turn them off, but if there was a possibility to remove a certain file that would stop them from popping out, I'd just do it. It's not like it bugs me greatly, but as a matter of prefference, if I can get rid of them, I'd do it.
