Got no help here or anywhere. So hard to get customer support since it has to be in Japanese. Why dont they use google translate. Thats what I did when I sent a ticket but no. I guess its about respect for language and culture? Well I can understand that but still thats a very dead end when you cant reply in fluent Japanese. Another reason for learning more Japanese. I figured a way to fix the patch stuck. Had to update with one of these KB packages from microsoft.
