New Dmc 2013-How does Vergil's combat differ in the new DMC

i found vergils combat and gameply very restricted in the dmc3 special and hd edition before i buy the new dmc and the dlc does anyone have any insight as to if his combat has been improved at all in terms of range and flexibility?

There are no extra weapons, there is just yamato with skill separated into normal, hell and angel mode. I think if you want to compare just by numbers they should be close but i am not sure.

okay and what about the range and flexibility of his attacks? again i found him very restricted in dmc3 in terms of range and just overall style i was hoping that had been changed in the new dmc personally i love dantes pistols but i perfer vergils katana so as i know i wont be getting a mix i was atleast hoping he has improved combat wise

I can confirm that this indeed happens and is pretty anoying, but once I mastered how Vergil controls it never happened again
