I think it's from the Virgil DLC (that has yet to be released?)
I find the cutscene VERY interesting. We're actually seeing more of Virgil's character. He's actually starting to look like a person using logic and asking questions on a regular bases with his brother. We saw a bit of that before at key moments, but here it's more consistent. And they're doing it without fighting each other for once.
I also find it amusing how easily irritated Virgil becomes for someone that claims to be all powerful. It's very ironic.
