Need help, I suck

Could someone please tell me how to get out of the stupid 1st mining area? The place with the two blue orbs and spinning wheel above? Jumped and slashed everywhere and can't go anywhere but back the way I came. Thanks

You have to jump and perform snatch on the two orbs, if I remember right. Snatch is RB+B on the Xbox and R1+O (I think) on the PS3.

You can only jump high enough to get to the lower orb and it doesn't give it to you no matter what I've tried. Double jumping off wall doesn't work either.
