I think that this fifth series may not be a total disappointment.
Yes, he lost white hair and now has a f****** shape shifting weapon but the plot is exciting....
Any way guys what happens to nero after DMC4??

No, it won't be everyones favourite. You are new to the forum, but if you look around and read some of the threads, you will quickly notice that there are MANY fans of the series who are against this reboot look for Dante.

Personally, I like it. But I am a minority.

Personally I am willing to give it a chance to impress me and are at least happy they are attempting to do something about Dante's obvious problem with being way too overpowered and c0cky his new look doesn't bother me at all and I couldn't care less about his hair and the way he looks.

But way too many fans are not happy with the change and are going to be a hard crowd to win over now. So no I don't think, I think it could only win over a small cult following at best at this point.

As of right now, there is only a small amount of fans who actually this new Dante so he'll never a icon.
But if Ninja theory does manage to win the fans over with the game,then maybe in a couple years.
it most rest on how they manage the transformation of this dante to the dante we know and love as is the point of this game.

Lol can't believe someone is asking this question.

I'd be severly disappointed in the DMC fans if they where to start to like this "new" Dante of the "classic" Dante but it just seems ridiculous in my opinion.

I'd be willing to play the game and i may even like it but i will always prefer the original Dante over the new one bottom line.

I went for maybe. I like the look of the new Dante but I don't know if he'll be my favourite. Yet. So far I'm still debating whether DMC3 or DMC4 Dante is my favourite. Maybe DmC Dante can decide me.
