Misson 9 blue orb fragment

I hope someone could help me with this one. In mission 9 theres a fragment in subterrain garden above the devine satute. How can I get it from there when I play as Vergil? Problem is, Vergil dosent have Air Hike and Sky Star moves to make easier to get there.

I've tried using Vergils style move to get higher, but its no use.
