Matrix-like movie based on video games

How would you create a video game movie similar to The Matrix?

Cause I'm looking for something almost like Sword Art Online.

With some elements from....

- Final Fantasy
- League of Legends
- Devil May Cry
- Darksiders
- Metal Gear
&
- Star Wars

Kinda hard to make something similar to the matrix without it being the matrix, but if you want all those elements it would have to be cgi.
