Key bug/glitch? (spoiler alert)

Hi folks,
Im doing the level 'Secret Ingriedent' and i turned and got the key directly behind you when you start. Problem is it doesnt show as found when i finish the level and its not there when i restart level. I cant achieve sss rank on this level because of this
Im playing definitive edetion on the on the xbox one
Any ideas anyone?

Yikes.
I don't want to tell you that the only thing to do is start a new saved data but be aware that that might be what you might end up having to do.

Usually the first thing to do is reboot your system and try again. There is always removing the disc and playing another game and then trying again. Simple trial and error things like that are weirdly effective at times.
