It is a nice melody. It fits Kat's situation in the order from how she was brought up, to meeting Dante, and the betrayal.

Ooh I remember this! This played after Vergil left and Kat had to comfort Dante, and smaller bits of it played when Kat was revealing her past! Such a nice melody for an interesting and unique character!

I remember being so sure Kat would die hearing her theme. It sounded so sad, like you could really imagine some tragedy befalling her. I swear I'll cry if they reprise this in a future game and she dies :'(

Whenever this music is played it was usually during some of the more emotional scenes involving Kat, as mentioned above, even then it had tiny little bits here and there. It felt so different from the rest of the game, where you would have everything from Combichrist and Noisia and few other parts of the OST where it is suiting to the idea of Limbo and Demons.
