i read somewhere that Dante faced alot of trish look alikes in one of the novels, so is she died? :\

Trish is alive for the moment. You probably speak of the 2nd Devil May Cry Novel, since I've seen a picture of Trish holding Alastor from that, but I'm not aware of the contents..
But Trish is alive until DMC4 or another game/source shows something different
