I'd actually like to see a DmC animated series.

The original animated one was fine. but it was pretty boring on a few episodes. i just think that the type of world and tone of DmC would make for a pretty interesting anime.

I'd like this too, but more like the Dante's Inferno one, a whole movie telling the story of the game in an interesting way. There's no need to make a 12 episode anime about DmC, unless they make it as a kind of follow-up on the game, telling what's going to happen afterwards, but before the sequal game.

Please not like Dante's Inferno, they kept changing the damn directors and irritated the hell out of me because I loved the first drawing they had for Dante :c I hated the rest after that, man.

It was a planned compilation by different artists, not a change of directors. :P
But no, I didn't mean it like that, but rather that it was one long movie rather than a series of episodes.

I would love to see an animated series that connects the previous DMC games together. It would be cool if the first season kind of went from DMC3 to DMC1, and the second season went from DMC1 to DMC2.... then the third season continued off from DMC2 to wind things down.

Personally, I would love to see DMC4 ignored... It just wouldn't make sense to see Dante's personality change three times in just one season.

Anyway, this is just what I'd love to see.

I can already see the beginning qutoe of a teaser: "It's been 3 Months since Limbo City, back then I was hunted by demons. Well, the game has changed, now I'm the hunter. My name is Dante!"
Followed up by a few gunshots a little rebellion combo on a few goons. there you have it.
I don't believe it'll happen though, maybe the live action one will be good, but even that I highly doubt.

I'm not overly keen on DmC. However, I wouldn't mind watching some DmC based Anime. I think that would be quite a fresh idea. And the overall concept was good. I just wasn't so keen on how the ideas were executed for the game.

I honestly want a OVA collection just like Hellsing Ultimate or a 26 episodic series. A 12 episodic series is 75% guaranteed to suck.

I think if they made a cg movie of DmC like in the cg trailer it would be awesome, same with an anime if it done in cg, cause it looks good like that

My ideas for a DmC Animated Series:

It would take place several months after the events of Vergil's Downfall, since some major development will be taking place within that DLC. Its already confirmed that Dante will be appearing within it, so I can only assume the worst, as in Vergil and Dante becoming official worst enemies.

2.It would explore Dante's humanity a bit more, and it would help to set the stage for DmC 2. Dante and Kat would return to the former headquarters of the order and look about the area. They would start to clean up the place and remodel it. I can only imagine this in the first episode as some comical bit with a combichrist song in the background. Such as Dante lifting a large beam of wood and Kat nearly falling over more than once. The former headquarters of the order, would go on to become Devil May Cry.

3. It would go more into the backstories of each character, such as Kat and her nightmares, or Dante with his pained childhood. Both would get their fair share of time in character development and as the episodes pass they would become more fleshed out characters. Vergil however, would be left alone. That is a story to be told within DmC2.

4. Trish appears, as a homage to DMC, she would drive in and instead fling her motorcycle at Kat. It would be revealed that Trish wields the legendary blade of Sparda, an ax that Dante had only heard of. Due to the sword being one of the few remaining treasures of his childhood, Dante drags along Kat in an effort to find the mysterious woman who wields his Father's blade.

5. The Music would bring back the guys from DMC3 & 4 and Combichrist to make the soundtrack for the anime.

6. After the Anime is all said and done, an animated movie would be made a few months later.

Anyways, those are just a few of my ideas for a DmC: The Animated series.

And for Trish in terms of looks, I say she have the same face and hair as Eva did.

If there was one, I'd like for the story to be a bonus saga just like the DMC anime had when its story was after the DMC1 events.
