Sprites for Megaman X? Well, you could just take an original Megaman Sprite Sheet and just edit those. Easy.

i would need a megaman x spritesheet. more detail to work with. my biggest challenge might be making Nelo Angelo. but when i master the art of sprite making i will present to you the ultimate 16 bit reincarnations of your favorite series

For Nelo Angelo, I would suggest using a Sigma sprite or that one Reploid general who's in charge of X.

Oh yeah, you might have to use Zero for that, but I'm not sure how that's going to work.
