How to shuffle?

I got almost every moves of Red Queen.
One of the is shuffle. And I am confused by the direction.It says I have to move left stick back to forward + rt + y. What does that mean? Can someone help me?

Hold down the targetting button, then press back, then forward and attack.

Xbox 360: hold RB, Back, Forward + Y

PS3: hold R1, Back, Forward + T

You don't have to do a half circle movement or anything, it is just back then forward.
