How to make .tga to tpf ?

Open up TexMod go to Package Build, open the .log file from the same folder as the textures, add in your name and comments if you want to then hit Build.

When you use TexMod to capture the textures in-game it creates the images and a text file with the filetype (.log) if you don't have this file you either need to recreate it or find someone who can send you it. You've most likely deleted the file.

When i use TexMod there is no Red Control and Information info i can not choose which mod i Use with + and - :S
