How about a DMC one line story game?

Things have gone pretty stale around here so I thought it'd be interesting to have a 1 line story thread. simple rules, I post a line and the next poster continues with another line and this goes on. You can either keep it serious or just let it go crazy. Let me start

Dante comes out of the shower to find a mysterious object on his table .......
