Why isn't this in the main game?
 
No one told u it isnt
We havent really seen the whole game, so u can still expect to see him in the Dante campaign

But I just love the enemies in the vergil chapter
especially this one and the gello type creature
Plus have u noticed the scarecrow type creature?
 
How do we know he's not in the main game...? Seriously, it was first shown for Vergil's Downfall, but that doesn't mean it isn't featured in the main game somewhere. Don't jump to conclusions, yo.
 
The intentions was to have have unique levels and enemies for Vergil, wasn't it? So there will be enemies that are only available in the Vergil pack
