HD collection's DmC content

I've heard nothing on the subject, and I only found 1 concept art on the disc relating to DmC, which was fanmade.

I do trust that this "exclusive content" is far more than just 'fanmade concept art'
... or I'll Devil Trigger their ass...

Pretty much disappointed that there isn't much new content included in the HD Collection, particularly any new content related to DmC: Devil May Cry. Also considering on half-assed job that Pipeworks did on this HD Collection, I might as well used the money I bought for DMC HD Collection to buy the upcoming DmC: Devil May Cry. It may be not the Devil May Cry game that we are used to play, but at least it is new and different.

When this site's greatest reviewer says something like this, then I consider it confirmed: The Devil May Cry HD collection sucks! I just saw the review on Gametrailers.com which I find a reliable source, but even they praise the game higher than deserved.

I truly am disappointed. I was planning to spend my Easter holiday playing this, but now I've got nothing to do. :(
 
Okay, I'm officially scared. I'm still waiting for my copy to come in the mail. Realllly hope it doesn't let me down, but.....yeah I don't know anymore. :'(
 
Well, the HD looks pretty good imo.
It's a shame they didn't remaster the cutscenes, but X360A's reviewer claims that it's a problem a lot of HD collection/remakes have.
 
Their is only so much that can be Remastered I suppose. But why did they choose Pipeworks. *Looks at Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee.* Clearly graphics are not Pipeworks strong area.

Anyway I didn't expect much from Capcom with this collection. So yeah it's a bit naff, however I am enjoying replaying DMC 1 at the moment - I haven't played it in a while and it reminds me how good this game franchise can be.

I'm enjoying it more on the 360. Plus, somehow, I'm finding the 360's controller more comfortable.

Check with the store. I bought an art book a few weeks ago and it never arrived, when I checked with the site my account said I never bought the thing. It turned out that there was an error and my order didn't process.



So I beat DMC1 and all this art got unlocked. Don't know if anyone else knew but I sure didn't. I was so ****ed when I sa the vault and how small it was. Then when I checked it again just to see what was there and on DMC1 it just kept going. There really are some unreleased art in it so I'm trying to beat DMC2 just to see how you unlock content, whether by progress or trophies or what.

I bought it off Amazon. I got the e-mail saying it was shipped today. I was referring to the collection itself when i said I hope it doesn't let me down.
