Plain and simple. Is aging purely appearance based for dante? Do you think hed still be able to perform the crazy feats from 3 such as the raindrop feat or running down the temi-ni-gru? Or is he just too old?

If you loose against Vergil he does mention he's getting too old for this. So maybe age has an affect?

Dante has continuous Dashes without turning on Devil Trigger, so I'd say he's faster.
His Stinger recovery is also quick without relying on that "Guard-cancel" thing.
However, he's unnecessarily and stupidly slow when it comes to disassembling the Double Kalina Ann.

I think if anything he could probably pull off more insane feats now , but he is more mature and less prone to showing off
Whereas in 3 he was immature and liked to make a spectacle of himself
He seemed to get faster with each game so no I I don't he he has slowed down
