Has anyone seen REC?

Been seeing all kinds of stuff for it recently and it looks scary as hell. I was tempted to download it, but I'm done with horror movies for good now seeing as there hasn't been a good horror movie to come out for years now.

But yeah, I was just wondering if anyone has seen this scary movie. This might actually bring me back into the horror genre. Oh yeah I also heard they were making a american remake called Quarantine.
