Getting to Hard Mode

I have completed Normal Mode (twice) and I am not able to get into HARD Mode. What do I need to do to get there?

I dont know i passed normal once and unlocked Dantes dmc1 costume vestless Dante and Vergil aswell aswell hard mode (and easy mode) in the end maybe you should try killing as much demons as you can i scored up to 100

150 killed. Hard mode should be unlocked after you complete normal mode once, I cant see why it wouldn't of.

Devil May Cry 1: Beat the Game on Normal
Devil May Cry 2: Beat the Game on Normal with BOTH Dante and Lucida
Devil May Cry 3 (incl SE): Beat Normal Mode
Devil May Cry 4: Beat Devil Hunter (Normal Mode) to Unlock Son of Sparda (Hard Mode)

If you're not playing DMC2, there may be a problem with your game...alt. you could try starting a New Game and seeing if the option is there.
