I can't find scans but the bottom line:
-We are not trying to be Japanese
-Combat that appeals to all
-You can revisit missions as soon as you beat the level
-Combat between bosses and lackies is the same
-There is still a currentsy system and once you unlock weapons you can buy moves for them
-Arbtr & Osrs do not come with Rebelion, you unlock them early on
-No QTE
-Familiar faces but this is a unique story and so are theirs
-NT admits that they are some evil force sent to destroy the Devil May Cry series

Dat last one XD

But what do you mean Combat between bosses and lackies is the same? Do you mean it'll still be similar like in the classic series, or the bosses will be juggle-prone like the low-level enemies are?

NT isn't an evil force sent to destroy DMC

They're a satanic mystical entity, that was once locked in the very depths of hell, however, as of 2010 it escaped its imprisonment to reboot all things fun into boring, generic, story driven games

:troll:

I think it means in terms of scripting? Like the boss does whatever it feels like doing mid-battle and nothing like "you take half of its health, cutscene of Dante kicking him in the face, then back to more boss action." And there might be some lackies that you can't juggle because of their size, so if the boss is too big I doubt you would be able to do that... else it would be the funniest thing in the world.

They're just saying that you don't go into some alternate fighting form, that fighting is the same all around.

I forgot a big one and that is; No QTE. Gatta eddit.

There's an MLP:FIM reference to be made here, what with locking an evil entity away. Whoever that is on your avatar. But I forgot the character's name, and I've only seen the series twice.
I have disappointed the gods!

Yes, you have. Also, I think his name is discord.

I don't know if it's worth mentioning but there are a few new screencaps but they are so un impressive they don't look that new, I think they might just be caps from the Captvt trailer.

well good to know that the boss fights will be the same, i wouldn't want them to make them into scripted events like many games have done recently. also it's good to know that they are keeping the replay of the missions the same. thanks for the info berto :)
also i'm wondering if you gain osiris and arbiter from bosses of the same name?

Berto beat me to it, blast!
The article didn't deny the possibilities of Vergil appearing but I wish Vergil wouldn't appear.
(Sorry VeeBee)

for me it depends on how far NT is willing to go with vergil. If the plan to have him as a minor villan, or character in general, hes better off in my signature.
