Hi all,

I've been wanting to make better use of this 'Community Announcements' forum, and thought this might be a good way to kick things off.

I've just now updated our forum software to the latest available version. It doesn't contain any new outstanding features but does include many . The style (commonly known as a template) has also been updated in step with the forum software upgrade. The following add-ons have also been updated and presumably squished some underlying bugs:
  • '[TH] Donate' - our donation add-on
  • '[XenConcept] Hide links / Medias / Images (BbCode) to guests' - A very long name for an add-on that has helped to reduce search engine spiders discovering potentially harmful images involving gore and occultism and other unpleasantness.
If you should encounter any issues at all, be they new or longstanding, do please let us know. Thanks!

I've temporarily disabled my current CDN. Please let me know if you guys are able to see avatars and whatnot again.
Yep, and the checkbox, too. The server was down, too.

This is what it looks like when your machine is off using CDN. Which is the primary reason why I said don't use CDN...

People see THAT and assume the site is gone. CDN is just a cache site, and anyone who wishes ill on the site in question can go after it. It doesn't stop the person touching the main console (your server in this case).

I don't say things to be 'right' or whatever.

It's ultimately your choice.

Am I the only person that see the forum buggy in the frame (2 buttons at top of the user avatar (from desktop mode) in mobile mode are shown instead of one menu for mobile)).
Edit: the forum kinda buggy again from mobile view and the reply box doesn't appear next to the reply button.

I don't see this. On my end, it looks fine. Maybe your computer or phone still has the old cache. Clear it.

EDIT: As I was loading pages, I do see it. But my phone finishes loading.

I noticed something. I was trying to click on smiles, it was not responding to my clicks on phone. WTF, it was fine...?

The desktop view on my mobile is fine and stable but about mobile I don't know why, even I cleared my browser cache or better all of data for better use and no still nothing changed.
Edit: I finally realized, I think it depends on my net speed sorry about report, I must first try my best to find the problem from my side...some times the problem is come from users itself (because with using VPN everything back to normal):

Very odd. Really appreciate the feedback as we troubleshoot this, guys. I'm browsing on mobile right now and not seeing what you're seeing, Dark Angel. Was it a one-time kind of issue or is it still occurring?

Edit: Emojis seem to be working okay for me. This still an issue for you, Carlos?

I saw that it was fixed recently. But it was weird.

You probably see this easily as well, but there's something wrong with the smileys/emojis here as well as with the time stamps. I can post screenshots if needed. This bug is both on mobile (Android 11, Google Chrome) and PC (Win10/newest release of Firefox).

Clicking the emoji button on top of the post window returns an error message: "oops_we_ran_into_some_problems_more_details_console"

Oh, and when reloading forum main page, a notification flashes on the top and quickly disappears. During that short moment it looks all normal at least with the time stamps:

You must be registered for see images

whereas when the notification has disappeared, it's like this

You must be registered for see images

Thought it might be worth knowing.

Also, alerts don't work properly. (They disappear with the notification shown in the screenshot above.)

Reaction buttons are broken too.

Ya, I saw this on my phone yesterday when I was trying to delete some spammers; I think it's fixed up now. But let us know if it comes back.
