I've checked the GameFAQs forums, and seen no topics about it, and I've googled "Devil May Cry 4 29th" and "Devil May Cry 4 delay UK" and found nothing.

Where did you hear this? I'm hoping its nothing but rumour or some kind of sick trolling.
