For people who dislike new Dante.(The character.)

When I say "as a person" I mean: Do you think he's a genuinely bad person because of his actions, morals, views ect.
And when I say "attitude" I mean: Do you dislike him because he's smug, showy, and crude?

And also people, try not to start a flame war just because someone(or a couple of someones) is expressing why they dislike new Dante. People should be allowed to express their opinion about the game whether it be negative or positive. If you feel like challenging it then at least do it in a civil manner.
Edit: Oh and would you be so kind as to give as to give a reason for your choices?

I picked person , I really liked the game itself and the gameplay , but i found Dante to be quite boring I couldn't warm to him. I found Vergil more interesting and the original Dante could make me smile and laugh but that may also be because Reuben was a better voice actor in my opinion.

I picked attitude, and mostly because the game never really gave me a reason to be like "**** yea, Dante you show 'em!"
He was just kinda boring with a couple of douche moments.
Vergil was way cooler and more interesting (plus his Bad ass move set ) and I'd replay the DLC over the main story anyday.

A bit of both, he degrades the awesomeness and style of the actual Dante by being a terribly written and unlikable character who dresses like a homeless bum, fights like a drunken wanker, looks like a Twilight rip off and has the worst oneliners ever.

Yeah this thread will end well.

Personally I find him better then classic Dante. New Dante has a more real life approch towards demons and is serious about killing them all instead of being over exagerated.

But I like him even more when I realize new Dante is a lot like John Constantine; another cocky douchebag character with edge.

Classic Dante is...cute at best, but New Dante just does it better then the originals for me who likes all that edgy anarchy themes, and actual character development.
