FIRST TIME HERE AND I NEED HELP !!!!!!!!!!

IT'S MY FIRST TIME HERE AND I WANT TO ASK TO ANY OF DMC FANS A FAVOUR. I AM WITH VERGIL AT THE MISSION AT THE END OF THE GAME WHERE YOU FIGHT ALL THE BOSSES, AT LOST SOUL NIRVANA ROOM, AND WHEN I TRY TO FIGHT THE CERBERUS, THE WOMAN WITH THE BATS AND THE BIG LONG FLYING THING ( THE BOSS WHERE YOU MEET JESTER FIRST TIME WITH DANTE ) WHEN I AM PRESSING THE O BUTTON AT THE STONE THE GAME DOES NOTHING. IT DOESN'T STUCK BUT IT DOES NOTHING. I CAN FIGHT THE OTHER BOSSES BUT I CAN'T FIGHT THOSE THREE. THE DVD IS IN GOOD CONDITION , I MEAN THERE ARE NO SRACHES AT ALL.

First welcome!
Second, the problem may be the console you may be using. If it's PC or PS2 I don't know, but on PS3 another member encountered this problem before. So it could mean that Special Edition, has some problems on PS3.

Nothing to be sure though, since I haven't tested this myself.

It works on my PS3.SE has no problem on the PS3.

Hmmm...
1.Are you sure there are no finger marks or scratches?
2.Have you tried it on pc or ps2?
3.Have you asked a professional to check your console?
