Don't trust people
The cloudsea djinn is on screen when you have your selector on the Final fantasy 1 game inserted in the UMD case, a black thing looking a little like dark knight cecil but not having an armor.
It is also in the art gallery, but it can't be found anywhere in the game nor any dialouges that has a connection with it...
Only the pictures completely irrelevant to the game.
I was trying to search over the internet to find an answer but godammit i can't find it anywere...
