What was your favourite scene or part of the story in DmC and why?

Now the opposite: what was your least favourite scene? Did it make you angry or sad?

Also, did you have any other strong reactions to a scene?
 
My favorite scene was where he flipped off bob barbas,saying "put a spin on this". because it actually got a smirk on my face.

The least favorite scene...the infamous secret ingredient. It made me shake me head for a pretty long time.
 
I was actually disappointed by the "put a spin on this" scene, because I saw it in the trailer first, and it looked much better in that context. =/

well, my favorite scene is the one where mundus says the whole "me a god, against you, a piece of sh*t" and dante goes like "you looking for a fight? here I am."
I also really loved when mundus was monologuing in his final form while dante and vergil ignored him and then "I am Mundus"
"You're an a**hole!"

My least favorite scene is when dante defeats Bob barbas as a whole. Is underwhelming, Dante shoot's his human form, the weapon comes to him, and then he walks off... just so meh.

mission 14 baby scene was the...oh god...I'm going to throw up, brb.
Nah, I hated that scene, grossed me out a bit.
Mission 12...the tears, Loopy..the tears.
 
Favorite scene: I have to agree with Zilla that Dante holding Kat's hand when the swat kicked her was really touching, or when Dante told Vergil he never doubted her.

Least favorite scene: The whole exchange scene of Lilith for Kat just looked stupid to me. I loved Kat as a character but she should have died in that scene. How they could be shooting right at her and she doesn't get hit is beyond me :/. I thought Vergil should have warped his doppelganger in front of her to block the bullets. ANYTHING would have been better then the bullets magically flying around her.

Actually when Dante was picking her up you see him getting hit by bullets taking it for Kat o: unless you mean it before he picks her up.
 
Most favourite: When Dante figures out Vergil's his bro after going through the house.

Least favourite:...Mundus and Lilith going doggy style

My favorite was when Dante and Kat get to the mixing room in the Virility factory and they see the tanks are actually demons stomachs and he says "What in the Sh*ting Hell is going on here". I just never though about using such a combination of words and it gave me a laugh because it was a pretty messed up scene in general.

My least favorite was when Vergil shot Lilith. Not that he shot her, I saw that coming a mile away, but how the Swat team were doing their best to hit everything but Kat and them. It was funny yet very disappointing.

I also in general just loved the mini cutscene when you fight Vergil and he starts teleporting around Dante really fast with DarkSlayer then palms him which sends him flying back like 20 feet. So epic.
 
My favorite scene: The little banter between Dante and Vergil.

My least favorite scene: Where Dante just shoots Bob and just walks off like he got all the time in the world. It's not like a S.W.A.T is storming down Vergil's secret hide out or anything.
 
I have a lot of favorite moments, but it have to absolutely be Vergil's parting words.
"I loved you, brother..."
Or the scene before, with Vergil and Dante arguing.I liked this because dialogue was sparse.
There is a long moment of silence, until both brothers mutually understand that they are at odds.

My least favorite would have to be the trade. It seemed very rushed and unfinished.

Although, I feel like some of my favorite Dante lines are worth mentioning.

"Get your filthy f*cking claw off my trailer!"
"Whore mother? I don't know my mother, but you're calling me a son of bitch you wouldn't be the first!"
"You don't look a day over twelve-thousand!"
"Breaking news, Bob... you're fired!"
"Your turn, barbie!"

I was Mundus and Lilith going at it- MUNDUS AND LILITH! :lol: That's like walking in on your parents at it. You just don't want to think of them doing that. >_< Actually, I found that scene funny. He's so lazy that he won't take his clothes off.Then he suddenly shouts MY SUCCUBUS! Yeah, that's really romantic Mundus. :P

Anyway my favourite scene is Dante and Kat just as SWAT is coming to get her. It's so emotional. He's trying to hold her hand, but he can't; and he just has to watch while she's beaten up and dragged away. :'(

Also the exchange scene, just how Lilith looked so scared and ruined and vulnerable almost got me feeling sorry for her. The rest of it was...meh...She gets shot in the head, then the scene's all 'GAME OVER MAN! GAME OVER!'. I lost interest then until the part where Mundus flips his ****. The way the line was delivered and face animation was awesome to me.

Least favourite, more like scene that got me underwhelmed would be Bob's death. I expected a bit more than what was shown.

If you've seen the naked Dante model, you know he doesn't have any 'goods'. I'm assuming it's the same for Mundus.:P
