That's hard for me to answer, just because Devil May Cry always lacked good music for normal encounters. It's so repetitive.

I don't have a list to pick from like you do but I'd say my top three would be Vergil 1, Echidna boss fight, and the song that themed 3, whatever that was called. In that order.

Only three? Dang, that's hard. Hmmm....

1. All of Vergil's theme music (DMC1 & DMC3, not big fan of battle 1)
2. The divinity statue music (IDMC2 = fav., DMC4 = feel they got lazy)
3. Devils Never Cry

Those would be my top three, though I like quite a few others. Dante's theme music is all right, but I guess I do like Lock & Load (Blackened Angel Remix) to some degree. And I do also like a couple of the background music from each one. *shrugs*
