energy beam in dmc2 with majin form

hey guys its been a long long time ince I played dmc2 hd or the original and I can't remember how to do the Kamehameha style beam from majin form dantes chest can someone let me know how as I wanna have some fun on dmd

I think it's:
R1 + square + triangle
Square + triangle
but I don't remember which one does which. One was a beam that rips a single enemy apart, the other was an explosion that damages everything.
