You only see this when you perform an upper body Buster on Echidna when playing as Nero.
Imagine being able to plunge the Red Queen into a Scarecrow and then revving it to damage it while charging the sword.
There could be at least two ways to do this, like plunging the sword into a standing enemy or do a downward thrust on an enemy lying down on the ground.
Or better yet, skewer an enemy and lift them up to be used as a shield.
You can then rev into the enemy to deal damage, charge your sword, all while being shielded from another enemy's attack (might actually be better than Hold).
This should really be explored upon.
