Dragonmaster's story wish for DmC2

DragonMaster2010

Don't Let the Fall of America be Your Fall
Hey guys.

This is just a small wanting for a DmC2 if it comes out.

I would like DmC2 to do what DMC2 failed to do; Make a darker Devil May Cry.

It would have that feel that the 2010 TGS trailer and here's how it would go;

After Dante defeated his brother Vergil, Dante begins to slowly lose his mind and with it his humanity. It's beyond anything Kat can do and as such he is thrown into a mental facility where he slowly forgets who he is and what he is. We see Dante all chained up and in the position he was in with the 2010 trailer, only this time his hair is white. He's being interrogated and asked what his name is and he can't even answer. One day, Kat comes to visit and doesn't say much but leaves him a picture of Dante's family picture with Vergil, Sparda, and Eva. From there the memories of his family slowly sink back in and he then realizes that his name is not just Dante, but son of Sparda and Eva Dante. As time passes he slowly regains his memories and sanity back and just when he's fully recovered, Vergil comes in to try and kill him nice and slow. However, upon seeing Vergil, Dante finally remembers everything and summons rebellion to fight Vergil. Vergil escapes and Dante finally remembers who he truly is. He bust out of the place, only to find out that the mental hospital was demon ran and Dante escaped. He found himself the coat he wore in the TGS 2010 trailer and those clothes and is on the run while fighting demons still. He finally defeats the mother of all demons and escapes with Kat and Phinias in a secret hideout where Phinias give Dante a red coat (to symbolies Divine Comedy's Dante going into hell just as Dante is going through) and Dante begin's a plan that Vergil had stowed away for a long time; Operation "Devil May Cry".

All that in mission 1.

That's all I'll write though.

Operation Devil May Cry... That sounds really cool, and, if it comes from Vergil, I fear pretty sadistic...
Good job, man!

i think Vergils plan should involve bringing in the angels. perhaps staging a war between demon kind and angels using earth as a stage. and their violence increases his own strength which he will use to conqure all three realms as their newest god king. durring which they see Evas father/mother who is a general in the army and greatly resents his/her daughter and the twins.

Okay, here's more guys.

Mission 2
Now that they have operation Devil May Cry in affect, there still needs to be their biggest plan; open the portal to the Angel world to allow the angels to help. But Vergil has taken precautions for this and has spread the demon four gems needed to do so in his demon bosses all around Limbo city. Now Dante must defeat those bosses while also recruiting people to join him for his uprising against the demons. As such, Dante decides go to the place most infested with demons; Draco ave. There, Limbo has clashed with the real world and demons have been spawning all over that place. Dante goes there to take out the demons which is you following the destructive and broken apart path of Limbo while fighting new demons and destroying new fire wheels that have different ways that you have to fight them. One of them is to shoot them, and another is to hit it. After going deeper and deeper, you come across a small group of freedom fighters who are a bunch of teenagers who want to fight this twisted demon king pin that rules this part of town. Dante agrees with them joining him in operation Devil May Cry and they come with him. Unfortunately, Limbo has broken apart and blocked their way out. The teens had no choice but to find their own way since they were out of it, while Dante had to go another way. Dante has to fight more demons spawns and a second new enemy that can only be killed if you use the most stylish of moves. (He appears on DMD mode though). After finally entering the large home where the king pin is in, he is met with a large demon creature who questions Dante's plan and wants to stop it. This demon creates death spikes, swings its massive arms, and shoots you with darts. He also has a hard body as well. To weaken him, you have to use your guns while also blocking his attacks and dodging them. You can also parry some attacks like the darts to stun him from his shielded body and parry him again to stun him. For his final form he becomes impervious to guns and you can only kill him with rebellion, but he also becomes faster with his attacks and the darts take more from your heath. Then there's his final move where he does all three of these attacks at the same time in which case you have dodge at the right time. Finally after beating it, Dante uses his grappling hook to pull himself to the Kingpin and grabs one of his guns to shoot it in the eye. And finally he stabs his sword into it and reaches into its eye where the gem is. he pulls it out and slices rebellion through its face, killing it as well. Before the Kingpin dies, he tells him that there's more to Dante's plan then he thinks. The Angels are very hard to please, and him just summoning them won't allow them to join him. But Dante's confident they will. The Kingpin vanishes and Dante is rewarded with a new weapon; a long demonic spear that had a long blade that had the ability deal heavy damage and is fast to use. Dante then walks off after spinning it a few times, and joins the teens again. We then see Vergil sitting in a dark chair in the remains of Mundus's Silver Sacks as he felt Dante take another demon king. Vergil worries not and can only assume Dante's trying to do his past operation, however Vergil's confident it won't work. Why he is, is still a mystery.

Pretty sweet will this weapon be angel or demon

You might want to split this up between at least five missions...
Dante losing his mind then regaining his sanity all in one mission isn't very smart. Dante should regain total and complete control by the end, and who subtle and small changes toward the end.

Ah Mission two seems more of a plausible mission, I agree with Dante47, there was a lot that went on in 1 mission. But boss wise... that sounds like an epic boss.

I guess I had poison on the brain.:P An kingpin poison yelling F*ck you in italian.

i think keep mission 1 as is but dont let dante completely retain his sanity, let him have his memories but suffer from severe rage and depression. and when hes all cocky against demons it comes off almost like he's bullying them before he kills them.
as for mission 2, rather than have Vergil worrried keep it so that he is actually happy that one of his bosses was defeated. itd be more interesting in the story. making him a more complex character and adding some mystery to the story. eg. opening the gate will require an angel/nephilum. but because angels hate the nephilum (like demons they hunted them down also) if Vergil opened it hed be attacked and possibly defeated. so he has dante do it so he can enter the angel realm through his own portal that requires the main gate to be open for it to work (its behind him like mundus's hell gate). when he enters he either A. steals something B. kills someone creating a war C. commits mass destruction and genocide at a certain area using their blood as a tribute in a ritual to acheive some awe struiking feat. (i like c :D )

That sounds like something Vergil would do. "I'm just going to use my brother and possible have him killed... SO I CAN RULE THE WORLD"
