Does 60FPS feel different from 30FPS?

Most people say there's no noticeable difference others will tell you there is a big difference.

What did you think?

Also, did you know movies are shown at 24fps? That's neato.
 
In my opinion, there's only a difference when you play it for yourself.
Like for example, you look at 60FPS comparison video with 30FPS.
You can't see a difference because youtube only stops at 30FPS
but when you actually play it, you'll see a humongous difference. Things look so much more smooth, like it actually belongs and it's not irritating.
But, who needs 60FPS when you have 120FPS

While I can notice the difference between 30 and 60 fps, it does not affect my game play experience at all.
