do you think that yuna's fight style in FFX2 was taken from DMC

i saw some videos in youtube about FFX2 and saw yuna fighting with two guns and that reminds me of dante fighting style. so do you think that final fantasy took that idea from devil may cry?

It has nothing to do with DMC they just wanted to spice it up or put it up a couple of notches.

Its more of a Charlie's Angels reference with a bit of video game realitiy added in =]

There's a nice reference to Metal Gear Solid in there. When you get ambushed by some snakes on your first visit to Mount Gagazet, Rikku yells: "Snake, snake, SNAKE!"

For those that haven't played Metal Gear Solid, that's what various characters shout if you die.
