i have not aquired the game, but as far as what ive seen, heard and read about, you follow the game through nero and then dante, but to me it seems that you follow the game through Yamato, not the other too, whereever the broken katana goes, so do you, am i correct?

Where did you hear such a thing?!

In Mission 7: Resurrection, Nero restores the Yamato, having It all the time only while in DT. This is also the mission when you acquire the Devil Trigger.
